Rates and Policies

Reservations made through our online partner, Camp Russian River reservations, must be canceled through the office. All cancelations will lose the $3.50 booking fee and 10% of the pre-taxed total of the reservation if made within 48 hours of the reservation date. If made within 24 hours of the reservation date, 25% will be deducted. Same-day cancelations, 50% will be deducted. No fee to reschedule a reservation.

Reservations made over the phone will not be charged unless the reservation is over $1,000.00, we will then require 50% to hold the reservation. Please give cancelation notice within 48 hours.

QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM Noise that can be heard outside of your campsite is prohibited. No generators, loud radios, or shouting.

E-Bikes: All riders must be over 12 years of age, and all posted speed limits must be followed, this will be strictly enforced.

CAMPFIRES: All fires must be attended at all times. Please, no wood gathering or cutting of vegetation. Firewood is available for purchase.

TREES/VEGETATION: No cutting or defacing trees or vegetation, dead or alive.

SHOWERS/RESTROOMS: Please help keep them clean, no smoking, drinking, or food allowed. Do not wash your pets or dishes. Limit showers to 15 minutes. And do not let children play in or around showers and restrooms.

GARBAGE: Please keep Camp Russian River "pretty as a park." Please put garbage in provided garbage cans and recyclables in recycling bins.

MUSIC/NOISE: Music and general noise levels should be at a level that is considerate of neighboring campers.

LIFEGUARD: There are NO LIFEGUARDS at the beach. Adult supervision is required for children in or near the water.

NO METAL DETECTORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RESORT

ALL VEHICLES: Please obey the 5MPH speed limit and keep to the designated roads or paths. Bicycles must also respect the rules and your neighbor's privacy.

ABSOLUTELY NO DAY-USE GUESTS OR VISITORS, NO EXCEPTIONS, IF GUESTS ARE BROUGHT IN WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE

DO YOUR PART: Keep your campsite clean and can help us to preserve our precious resources by recycling and conserving water and electricity.

PARK MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!

IN AN EMERGENCY CALL – 911

Common courtesy shall prevail with all guests and employees. The use of threatening language or inappropriate actions will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the park.

NOTICE: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20, et seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice if the occupant, who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either: (1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the park, or (2) failed to comply with the park's rules and regulations.
